The Unofficial Sony Ericsson blog announces the upcoming 8.1 Mp mobile
phone from Cybershot named as the Sony Ericsson C905 after Sony Xperia
which is going to be a very serious competitor to the Nokia N95 which
features 5Mp and also will add up face recognization, auto-focus
camera, red-eye reduction, xenon flash for extra exposure, image
stabilization making it one of the finest developed camera mobile phone
every released in the mobile phones marked. The mobile phone is not
only good for taking still photography but also works great for videos
because of the high resolution and 2.4′ QVGA display and services like
GPS, TV-out, wi-fi for internet browsing and bluetooth for easy file transferring.
The mobile phone code named as Shiho with the announcement date being
17th of june and the best feature of this phone is ‘Smart Contrast’.
You can also take snaps with print size upto A3 paper and you can
easily flip the photos while tilting the photos because of the inbuilt
accelerometer. The weight is a bit high at 136grams and a 2Gb memory
stick for memory storage with a good stand by battery of 380 hours or 9
hours of talk time which is originally dependant on the mobile phone’s
network. Lets wait and watch if this sony’s new model would beat the Nokia N99
which also a 8Mp camera mobile phone. With these high Mp camera mobile
phones coming out in the market iam quite confused about the digital camera
sales in the near future because people would stop buying digital
cameras and just opt for high quality mobile phones which are
